How the public website and your direct enquiries use information.
Website operator: Mridul Yadu, operating as NEXVORA from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. NEXVORA is an independently operated brand and is not currently an incorporated company.
Updated 1 October 2026. This notice covers the public NEXVORA website. Registration and the client workspace are not open in this release.
Browsing and hosting
You can browse without an account. NEXVORA does not add advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or tracking cookies. Social previews are locally hosted images and links, rather than embedded social feeds.
Netlify hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, device information and errors, to deliver and protect the site. Its infrastructure operates internationally, so processing may occur outside India. We do not store a separate visitor log in the NEXVORA application. Provider-controlled technical records follow Netlify’s retention and security practices.
See Netlify’s privacy statement for its information. We do not connect the public release to the account database or collect passwords or payment details through this website.
Your enquiry
The enquiry composer prepares text in your browser. It does not save that text to our database, localStorage or sessionStorage. Opening an email draft or WhatsApp passes the prepared text to your chosen app; a message is sent only when you send it there.
If you contact us, we receive the name, contact details, message and attachments you choose to share. We use these to respond, discuss your project and carry out work agreed separately. Email, phone and WhatsApp providers process communications under their own policies. Please do not include passwords, banking credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Use, sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information, use it for targeted advertising or subscribe you to marketing because you contacted us. We share information only with providers needed to operate these communications, people authorized to handle the agreed work, or when required by applicable law.
We retain enquiries while needed for the discussion, agreed work or relevant legal obligations. You can request removal of an inactive enquiry. If an ongoing agreement, dispute or legal obligation requires retention, we will explain the reason. Copies held by communication providers and their backups follow the relevant provider’s lifecycle.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
Email nexvoraofficial01@gmail.com for the attention of Mridul Yadu to ask about information you shared, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We ask only for the information needed to identify and handle the request. Applicable rights and response periods depend on the law and your location.
We use access controls and encrypted website connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. This website does not offer services designed for children. We will update the notice before opening accounts or introducing new data uses.
