Enquiries and agreed work
A visit or enquiry does not create a paid service agreement. Before work begins, we agree separately in writing on the actual contracting party, scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and cancellation or refund terms. A budget shared in an enquiry is context for discussion, not a quotation.
Product previews and upcoming projects
Growth previews show selected interface views and may use illustrative data. The public edition may differ. Labs projects are upcoming directions; they are not announced releases or promises of delivery dates, performance or customer results. This website does not provide paid subscriptions, checkout or automatic product access.
Materials and responsible use
NEXVORA branding, designs, imagery and content belong to their respective rights holders. Reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and links identify their owners and do not imply a partnership.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, impersonate others or send unlawful content or confidential information you have no right to share. You retain rights in the information you send and allow us to use it to respond to your enquiry and perform separately agreed work.
Accuracy, availability and updates
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate. Content, previews and availability may change. External services have their own terms and policies. Report concerns through our contact address.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Separate written service agreements do not remove non-excludable consumer rights. Revisions appear here with an updated date.
